Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment or training, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of any fees already paid. This policy ensures we can honor the time and commitment reserved for you and offer the slot to other clients in need.
